How do I cancel an order on www.heeya.in?
For outright cancellations:
• If you cancel your order before your product has shipped or within 4 days (whichever is later) we will refund the entire amount.
• Refunds will be made within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
AFTER the product has been shipped it is only eligible for replacement / exchange under the following conditions.
Return due to incorrect SIZE / FIT reasons (only for garments)

We will be able to send you the replacement size or design – based on availability – after we have confirmed return receipt of the original piece.
Please remember that the item/s must have all its tags and labels intact and must be unwashed, unused and undamaged and be in a saleable condition as deemed by us.
Please send the item back within 7 days.
Sending the replacement item may attract additional shipping charges even if the original piece was a ‘FREE shipping’ item.
Return due to Defective manufacturing
• We take great care in making our products and guarantee our merchandise against tailoring defects, if any. However our brand is all about handwoven (in some cases from handspun yarn) fabrics so there can be irregularity of warp, weft, knots etc which is actually a naturally characteristic of the fabric. Any apparent uneven ness is not a deficiency or cause for complaint.
• We mention wash and maintenance instructions on the product pages and onthe items also. Please ensure you follow the same as damages resulting from incorrect handling of the items would not be considered as a manufacturing defect.
• However if you do experience any problems regarding any manufacturing defectsplease contact us immediately at 98860 33335 or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) mentioning your Order ID and if possible send us a photo of the damaged part.
• The item will need to be returned to us within 7 days so we can inspect the same.
• If your complaint is genuine and the item is found defective – then we will exchange the piece for no additional cost.
Return due to defective packaging
• If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery; please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
• We will ensure that a replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
The following products are NOT eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Accessories, (Scarves/ Stoles/sarongs etc) and Home Furnishing / Gifting items.
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product AFTER being accepted in perfect condition from the delivery person.
• Any product that is returned without price tags and other tags.
• Any product that has been used, washed or not in a saleable condition anymore as deemed by us.
